If your project is still in progress, you can use Basecamp for all support requests. Once Basecamp closes, you can Open a Ticket for all future support requests.

There are a number of options available for on-going support:

  • Once off, charged at the hourly rate
    (rounded to 15 mins)
  • Maintenance package of pre-paid hours
    (rounded to 1 min)
  • Monthly retainer tailored to your specific requirements

Example:

If you open a support issue and it takes 5 minutes.

The Once off option would charge for 15mins
The Package option would use 5mins of your time
